Synemos is the nearshoring venture of linkyard AG, an established Swiss IT consulting and solutions company and Atlassian partner based in Bern. We are building a delivery centre in Vietnam to serve our growing European and Asian client base.
This isn't an outsourcing operation — it's a fully integrated part of the linkyard group, with shared management systems, quality standards, and career paths. You'll work on meaningful projects for Swiss public-sector clients, European enterprises, and the expanding ASEAN market.

Join the founding team

Sales & Marketing Manager
Drive Phonemos adoption across ASEAN markets. Build and execute go-to-market strategies, manage partnerships, and represent Synemos at industry events. Strong English required; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
Integration Engineer
Design and deliver integration solutions for Swiss public-sector and European enterprise clients. Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with Atlassian, CI/CD, and agile methodologies is valued.
